Major late classical solo work for pedal harp |
3 Available |
A large scale work in late classical era style. Classic 19th century harmonic language. Several pedal changes. Three movements: I. Allegro Agitato, II. Andantino, III. Rondo. The Andantino is charming and would be approachable by an intermediate level harpist, but the outer movements contain extended scale passages, cross finger placements and other figures typical in 19th century keyboard style music which are not easy to play cleanly up to tempo. As the composer was a harpist, these passages are at least written with eight finger technique so they are entirely playable. 20 pages. |
