Four piece suite for solo pedal harp |
1 Available |
A lovely four part suite for harp. Written at the late intermediate level for pedal harp. The Romance is very melodic and chromatic, but still tonal. There are several meter and tempo changes, texture is thick. The second movement is a Scherzino, a dance-like piece in 6/8. The Elegy is composed of large block chords that are left undamped to ring. The last movement is a Toccata with a busy right hand, mostly in 16th notes. Linear texture, no tertiary harmonies. There are several meter and tempo changes. Pedal changes are marked. 16 pages. |
