Harpist, composer, teacher and theorist Henriette Renie composed this collection of three pieces for the intermediate-advanced pedal harpist in the French style. Renie was known and loved in Paris and the United States as a gifted harpist and proponent of a method for harp based on the teaching of Alphonse Hasselmans. These three pieces are uniquely French, with elegant triplets, gently rolled chords, and sweeping arpeggios ornamenting the melody.
