Murray Boren has provided an orchestral accompaniment for Salzedo's ever-popular Tango. This piece is scored for solo harp with flute, oboe, B-flat clarinet, bassoon, percussion, and strings. Three short solos for pedal harp

Three chilling impromptus. Each makes use of the unique sound of harmonics and double finger glissandi. About 10 minutes total. The Prelude #1 maintains a flowing texture in the treble while harmonics are played in the LH. Rich chords are also intermixed and end with glissandi. Some pedal changes,these ar marked. Aria #2 uses single, double, and triple harmonics in the LH while the RH expresses a rhythmic melody filled with grace notes. The last 1/3 of the piece develops into richer texture and rhythmic complexity. The Toccata #3 is full of alternating block chords and has a moderate amount of pedal changes. It trails off in quiet short downward glissandi and builds to dramatic forte arpeggios and ends on a rich double forte chord. For advanced pedal harp. 16 pages.
