The Fishman Pro EQ II features an injection molded case with an easy access battery compartment, input trim control and advanced new electronics which provide longer battery life. Other features include volume, bass, middle, treble, and brilliance sliders along with an AC adapter jack, phase switch and sub-bass trim control.

The Pro EQ II is used to amplify and adjust the signal from the Fishman SBT-HP pickup as it is sent to your sound reinforcement system. The Pro EQ II lets you easily adjust the volume of your sound system without leaving your harp. The built-in tone controls let you correct the amplified sound for specific environmental conditions where higher bass or treble levels are called for.

Fishman SBT-HP Soundboard Pickup for Harp

The Fishman SBT is a small metal disk that is fastened to the backside of your harp's soundboard using an acoustically-neutral double-sided sticky tape. The Model SBT-HP is specifically for harp and piano. It will reproduce the full, natural response of your harp while minimizing the feedback and distortion problems that typically occur with microphones.

A 1/4" instrument cable (not included) is used to carry the pickup signal to your sound reinforcement system.

Designed to work flawlessly on both Lever and Pedal harps, the Schatten CH-3 Artist pickup system (new in April 2006) delivers full, rich sound quality and ease of installation in one neat package. Combined with Schatten's "Artist" preamp, no modification to your harp is required to install this system. When tested in our showroom on our Pedal and Lever Harps, the CH-3 Artist fit properly on nearly every model, delivering a sound that is fully acoustic, tonally open, and warm! Attaching this pickup to the sound board of your harp will not change the sound or response in any way. Pickup comes fully wired and assembled for easy Installation. A 9 volt alkaline battery (not included) for the preamp is required,

Technical Information:
Transducer/Piezo Unit - Total weight: .5 oz (14 Gram)
Preamp unit (with battery) - Total weight: 3.4 oz. (97 grams). Does not affect the sound of the instrument.

Installation Instructions:
1. Transducer unit is designed to be installed approximately one-third of the way up from the bottom of the sound board. Attaches to the sound board with (included) foam mounting tape, which provides a solid and secure mounting for the pickup but still allows for quick and easy removal of the system.
2. Main bridge unit of the pickup (white label) sits across the string strip. Treble extension unit (the smaller rosewood part attached to the main unit) enhances the sound of the pickup, extends the range and tonal quality and allows the unit to sample sound over a larger area of a harps sound board. The preamp/ battery unit mounts to an inner surface of the harp sound box with self adhesive Velcro. The entire pickup system is removable in seconds, should you not want to leave it in place.
3. Cross bracing provides a convenient spot to place the preamp and still provided good access for plugging in a standard 1/4" guitar cord. On some harps this unit will mount on the hidden inside lip of the back of the sound box or on the curving inner wall of the sound box itself.
4. A 24 inch shielded wire connects the piezo unit to the preamp unit. There should be plenty of wire to allow the pickup to be placed where required and to be able to mount the preamp unit in a suitable location.

Schatten Design, Dualie Inside'R Pick up

The inside mounting "Dualie" pickup comes with a special high stick putty that will keep the pickup in place without any difficulty for years. Designed to operate properly and sound terrific without the use of a preamp if you are running into any 'normal' amp (guitar amp, bass amp, etc.). Weighing just a few ounces, it does not inhibit soundboard vibration. Comes prewired to a take-apart 1/4" phone jack (see picture).

This pickup is designed for permanent installation in a harp. A hole will need to be drilled in back of the harp to push the jack through. The jack tightens securely from the outside.

Once the pickup has been permanently installed in your harp, setup for a gig is easy - just plug-and-play like the other members of your band.

Technical Information:

The "Dualie" is a twin element surface mount piezo-electric pickup. It is approximately 1/2" thick, 1 inch wide, and 2 inches long. Twin piezo elements enhance pickups' resistance to feedback.

The pickup produces an "instrument-level" signal that is compatible with most standard "guitar" amplifiers. For "line-level" applications a preamplifier (such as Schatten's Combination Preamp and Direct Input unit).
